When will I get access to my program?
1 week. Every program is tweaked to allow each member to undergo a unique experience while getting to where they are going.

How do you train people? Do you like bodyweight exercises? Weight lifting?
I take a very balanced training approach. Expect to lift, run, perform bodyweight exercises, and schedule days of activities such as yoga, hikes, and sports.

I've never lifted weights before. I feel nervous about starting without in-person guidance. How can you curb this concern?
Each lift is explained in great detail. If you are a new lifter, i encourage you to record yourself from multiple angles performing the lifts and sharing them with me to review your form.

I've never tracked my food before. Why do you want me to do this? How do i?
Within reason, the more you track the more change you can make. If you don't measure something, you don't know if you are changing it. We track our food and compare it to energy levels, ability to perform, and ability to effect the change we wish to see in our appearance. We use MyFitnessPal to track our calorie and macro consumption and tweak the diet as needed.

How do I get in contact with you? Video chat? Text? Email?
The very base season pass provides you with a monthly video chat and email support. As you become a Mezzanine or Orchestra pass holder, your accessibility to me increases with text message access.

Do I need a gym membership?
Although you don't need one, I strongly encourage you to get one. It is important for you to set conditions for yourself. It is important to have a place that when you enter those doors and cross through that threshold, you know what you are there to do. Get in, get out, job done. These places are built to help you successfully navigate your fitness journey.
